The person who runs their whatsapp is very unprofessional, not sure if it’s the owner. I couldn't even make an appointment because she was being rude, sarcastic & unprofessional every time I reached out. I was very clear and professional regarding what services I wanted and she replied with nasty sarcastic comments completely unwarranted.. It honestly left me completely confused. I can’t comment on their work since I didnt get that far, BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T LET ME. I will not reply to disrespect. It made no sense to me.

The experience I had at this salon turned sour extremely fast. I had gotten hand tied wefts done on oct 15th & had to get them removed immediately on oct. 21st due to the chronic burning and itching caused by the tightness of the instillation miss Dania provided. During the service she asked mid way if the install was too tight and I did in fact say yes it is! She completely bypassed my feedback and continue to install my extensions as close as possible to my scalp. I reached out to her on the 21st of October and she failed to respond. After finding a wonderful hairstylist that came to my aid in a time of need, I was able to get them removed. I followed up with Dania the following day to address my concerns. I googled my symptoms and found itchiness and tightness is normal for 3-5 days wh

The owner Dania has amazing hands ! I had severe hair breakage and damage . My friend highly recommended to see Ms. Dania. I couldn't be happier as my hair has had a dramatic change. Not only is it healthier, longer and shinny but also it is more abundant. She has made such a positive difference on my hair. SHE HAS MIRACLE HANDS !!! There is a young lady who does a great gel manicure and pedicure .
