Sanctuary Head Spa

Head spa was not good. Water was cold. Room was cold. Massage not relaxing. The lady’s long nails were digging in to me. Also, be careful in what you’re buying. On my phone, it said that the Golden Gates package was 2 hours long. I was completely done and paying in an hour and a half. When I asked about the extra 1/2 hour, she said that it is 1 1/2 to 2 hours on their website. I wouldn’t know to go to my computer to get a different description. On a positive note, my hair is clean. Do not recommend. Save money and get better services somewhere else.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here with her. We had the best most relaxing time. The ladies are all so beautiful and very very sweet. They made us feel so comfortable and made us all feel very special. Thank you ladies for everything. I highly recommend this place.

Sanctuary Head Spa was an awesome experience! We celebrated our 25th anniversary and booked a couples head spa and massage. Francis and Selina make you feel so welcomed and comfortable! It’s so relaxing 🥰

I really wanted to like this place because the people who work there seem nice and all, but I have to give 1 star because I experienced something I have never experienced at any other spa before. The session itself started a few minutes late. That didn’t really bother me that much because they started the session just under 5 min late. But please tell me why the session also ended 10 min early. If I paid for a 60 min session, why am I receiving 45 min of service? I didn’t even notice til I got in my car and saw the time. I’ve been going to spas all over the city for years, and this has never happened to me before.

My sister and I had an INCREDIBLE experience. Selena and Bria took amazing care of us. They took before and after photos of our scalps to show us just how much buildup and dry skin there was, and our after photos showed GLOWING skin and amazingly clean hair follicles. I found this even more relaxing than a back massage. Can’t wait to go back!!
