Santa Rosa Nail Salon

I’ve been coming here forever. Everyone’s great. Nina and Zunnje are so good at doing acrylic. And I really do think they give the best pedicures in town they last me so long. They’re the best!

I broke my right hand 2 years ago, and have not had my nails done in probably three and a half years. Just moved back to Sonoma county, so I researched Yelp to find local salons in Santa Rosa. Santa Rosa nail salon was most convenient being located right near the Santa Rosa plaza. I called the day of my appointment in hopes of getting an earlier appointment then scheduled, they were able to fit me in an hour and half early.I was seated at station 4 and I apologize for forgetting this wonderful woman's name, however she did an amazing job doing a full acrylic set for me, hand and forearm massage longer than normal, and was a pleasure speaking with. I will definitely return.

Had a decent gel pedicure. Also had dip nails done which was awful. I've never had a tech use only one drill bit (the sandpaper one) which chewed up my cuticles bad. They bled awfully and two nails are already badly chipped. I just got them done not even 2 hours ago. Photos attached. NOT worth $90. I need my hands looking 100% professional for work at all times and this will just not work. Edit: Just going about my work day and more nails keep chipping. 4 hours post manicure. Have called the salon to report the issue and requested a refund as I am just visiting the area for work. Manager is supposed to give me a call back. I got my nails taken off here back in Feb. I was debating whether to write this review, since I usually don’t want to knock small businesses from natural mistakes. However, the amount of pain my nails went through is worth sharing to others about their nail remove service. I went in to get my Gel-X nails taken off, over communicated to the nail tech that a lot of places I called don’t have the resources to do this service. They assured me that they do it all the time. The older lady did this service and was heavy handed with the tool …to the point of pain. I felt heat burning through the layers of my nails and told her that it hurts. She adjusted the speed and it got better until it didn’t. I felt this in all my nails. I had to get somewhere so I couldn’t talk to a manager. I highly recom

Matt did my color change and hand painted designs. My nails turned out FABULOUS!! He did designs on 8 of my finger nails *I got a manicure previously but didn't love the designs*. I am Extremely happy with Matt's work and his care and patience!! He was gentle and didn't rush me, he reshaped my nails too. Matt is Fantastic!! Maa did my pedicure. She did an awesome job with my pedi and used the 3 colors that I picked!! She cut my nails super short *as I asked* and filed them down and reshapedthem too. I feel Fresh and So much better! The SR Nail Salon staff is fantastic!!! ☘️🧡🧡. Reasonably priced, clean shop, friendly staff, comfortable pedicure massage chairs. I've been getting nail services there since 2010.
