Netty’s daughter worked on my hair… she washed my hair very well and blowdried and flat ironed very well. I will definitely go back… hopefully I’ve found a solid Dominican salon in South Jersey…. Highly recommend!

If i could give 0 star i would!! customer service 0! the wash lady didnt barley washed my hair was too busy talking, then had my sitting for 15 mins waiting with wet hair.. the owner kept hitting my phone telling me to get off my phone and pulling my head back , and kept stopping to talk and walk away , then told me a different price than she did over the phone.. one of the worst experiences do not recommend!!

I called the number listed and was told they preferred appointments, which is perfect for me as I’m a breastfeeding mother and needed to be home quickly. I was given an appointment for 12pm, I get there 5 minutes early and there is no one at the salon, I give it 15 minutes and call and the owner tells me she didn’t know I was there and was on her way. She gets there at 12:25pm, 25 minutes after my appointment and now there’s 2 more customers waiting as well. When she gets to the salon she again tells me she didn’t know I was already waiting, I told her I wouldn’t make an appointment for 12pm and be late, her reply was “that’s how life is these days”. She washes my hair (she detangles with a brush breaking all my hair instead of a comb) and asks me if I want deep conditioner, I said no and

I went to this salon because their sign says they have experience. During the process I had to remind the stylist several times to not comb my the relaxer through my hair. I was told $80 for everything then by the time I paid another stylist said cien. That's $100 for a relaxer, deep conditioner, trim and roller set. Just be sure to ask questions and make sure they tell you why the prices are changed. They do good blowouts but aren't great with other services. I left the salon with less hair than I had before relaxing it. Never again

I called last minute on a Saturday afternoon to have a weave taken out, my hair washed, deep conditioned, trim, and a blow out. They are miracle workers and that is an understatement. My hair has been in a weave or braids for 2 plus years. She did a phenomenal job. The blow dryer was no too hot and didn't burn. I love my hair and will be back. As I checked out she give me tips on how to take care of my hair and recommend this oil that I could use. Thank you again.
