Sapphire Nails & Spa

I’m happy with my pedicure. I brought my own nail polish as usual, it glows in the dark. My feet look & feel great afterwards. The quick foot massage was good. I wish the host put me in the back and started soaking my feet while I wait. After I signed in, I was waiting a while up front for her conversation to end before I was seated in a massage chair. Once I finally got to my chair, I was sitting there -not soaking my feet- just waiting for the nail technician to come and do my nails as I figure out how to turn on the massage chair myself. I never got to soak both my feet at the same time. When the nail tech arrived she got right to work one foot at a time. So I had one foot soaking briefly while she worked on the other foot. My experience today met my expectations (as usual) with Yesenia & Shannon. Both technicians are gentle on cutting & filing. They never rush as they pay attention to detail from start to finish!! SERVICE EXCELLENCE! Thank you!!!

My mom, sister, and myself were looking for a new nail place and after hours of searching and reading reviews I’d suggested this establishment. I read so many good reviews and saw so many promising images, wrote out a list of names of nail techs and went. We arrived at 6:30 pm to which I cringed having had past experiences at other salons met with attitude for arriving before closing. But NOT sapphire!! We were greeted kindly by I’m assuming was Diane the owner and we waited not too long before we three were quickly tended to. I was sat with Yulisa with whom I presented a bit of a challenge for what I wanted for my nails but she asked for input from others and each step of the way made sure I was satisfied with the progress of my nails. For one, greeting customers would be a nice touch! Offering a drink would also be nice. Also, never been to a salon where they just throw the warm towel over the feet all open (literally only over the feet) rather than taking the time to wrap warm towels around both legs. Very nice salon but but the service doesn’t match. Wouldn’t be back.

Save your time and money i was so patient they had me waiting for nails for like 30 min after a pedicure, before they told me come back tmr or wait longer i said ok no worries i can wait. They gave me the most rushed half service i felt guilty to be there ??? The same night one of the nails just rips off? Like it wasnt fully cured i go back they fixed it but its been 4 days and the rest of my set already lifted and some fell off. 😭 i tried to call bc, i can reason i will even pay half of a new set but they stopped ans my calls i just dont recomend
