while there are multiple braiders in this shop the one working on my hair was a very slow braider who was extremely rough while braiding and pulling on the braids unnecessarily. Also the braids were messy requiring chunks of hair to be cut (including possible real hair) with unsymmetrical parts

Do NOTTTT book online or come to this place to get your hair done. These people will take your deposit and never show up to complete the service. It’s been a full week since I booked an appointment that the braided never showed up for and I’m still asking to get my deposit back. She keeps acting like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about when I tell her that I want ny money back. She sent me a screenshot of a Zelle confirmation showing me that she’s sent the deposit back but it’s to a completed different person with a completely different name and phone number. Ohhh and apparently Sarah is not the manager of her own shop and she’s waiting on her “manager” to Zelle me back my deposit. It’s been a week. These people are scammers. Very unprofessional. They clearly no show frequently. Please

Excuse my 5head, lol.. but Sarah did a great job! She kept asking if I was ok, when braiding my hair, making sure she wasn’t braiding tight. Quick too, it took an hour and a half (could’ve been faster if I had blown out my hair all of the way and detangled it properly) to do my hair. Great customer service. I will be back.

IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. my girl done tried to get her hair done multiple times from sara and she just ups and ghosts her, won’t respond nothing, her braids shitty anyways and come out a week or 2 later 😒

His braids were really nice, this was his first time getting his hair braided and she made him very comfortable nd we well be returning soon to have them redone.
