I love this store and have shopped here for years. Have met the owners (Johnny & Sarah) while looking for something they didn’t sell anymore and they knew so much that I took the suggested replacement and it works wonderfully well! Most of the time, the other employees know all the answers I need, and it’s a rare occasion the ladies do not. But even when they don’t, they try to figure it out or get you to another employee or one of the owners or somewhere else that can. If they don’t know it, it seems like they try to learn for next time. So even when an employee doesn’t know, that effort makes me feel like they want to truly help and value my business. I had a good experience with this store up until now. Unfortunately, I was recently misled about their exchange policy. An employee told me I could exchange an item, only for the owner to later inform me that exchanges are only allowed at his discretion. What’s frustrating is the inconsistency—especially since I’ve exchanged items in the past and even paid more for the replacements without any issue. It seems the staff are not properly informed about the store’s policies, or the policies are being changed without clear communication. The way the owner handled the situation came across as dishonest, disgusting, and overall very disappointing.

Forget Sally's, lol. This place always has everything that I need. If I go to another beauty supply store and they don't have what I'm looking for -- guess who does? Sarah's! If I can't locate which aisle a product is on, the workers will quickly show me. I've noticed that certain things they carry on their shelves are sometimes a dollar or two more than other beauty supply stores, but I usually just buy it anyways from Sarah's because I'm paying for the convenience because I don't feel like driving all over Cobb County, just to save a couple of bucks. Lol.

They were pretty nice. Unlike many other beauty supplybstore where you are made to feel like you're going to steal. Cashier and some lady that was there. They were pleasant. Only reason I'm taking 1 star. A bonnet i purchased for kids is not elastic and doesn't fit my 7yo. Its not them who made it. But I'm pretty sure they won't take return.

The new store is AMAZING! The layout is so well lit, inviting and pleasant to shop. I absolutely love it! I can't tell if they've expanded product lines or if it's all more visible because of the spacious layout. In either case I'm finding great products- forgotten and new- and I'm in love with the new store. The staff is always pleasant and A++ they have an associate knowledgeable on all hair types, including natural.
