I came in on Tuesday 1/13. They did a good job with the shape and the french tips, but I don't think I will come again. I left with a bunch of cuts around my nails from the filing and they hurt. (Btw the cut in the pic from afar isn't from them, just the cuts near the nails)
I tried this place randomly, and I’m not happy. My nails were already super short and the nail tech decided to cut into my nail bed leaving jagged edges on all of my nails and my nails look terrible. They tried to make up for it by offering me a discount, which is the least they could do but you should know better than to cut into the nail bed if you are a nail tech. I’m very disappointed and they apologized but I def won’t be coming back here. I would have been better off doing my own nails.
I've been looking for a good nail technician. I have been to 6 nail shops in SF, each time I am dissatisfied Sarah's has been the BEST. The shop is small and Intimate. The prices are very affordable. I Love this shop and it will be my permanent shop. The photo I'm submitting is the set I had done there TWO weeks ago and they still look amazing
Stumbled upon Sarah’s when the other nail place I went to couldn’t fit me in. Hong is one of the best nail techs ever! So detail oriented, I swear he spent 15 minutes going over each nail to make sure they were even. The salon as whole is very clean and small which I like l, will definitely be going back here again and again!
Very, very nice people. Like - lovely. But this is an objectively TERRIBLE pedicure. I had to point out that my toenail was not filed straight. Twice. She burned me with the hot rocks so proceded not to use them at all after I jumped and yelped. I don’t know why she pulled a pumice out at all because she used feather light pressure for about 8 seconds per foot. There is nail polish on my cuticles, but NOT on the front edge of the nail, which should be sealed. Overall, a middle schooler could have done this - and to add insult to injury - for $38. My husband tipped 20% before I could see just how bad the paint job was.
