Peggy B did not listen to what I wanted although she said she knew exactly what I wanted and showed pics. First off, she was worried about me going too short but that’s exactly what happened. First thing she did was chop off 9 inches of my hair before even seeing what the length on the front needed to be. Once again had to get her to “try” and fix it. Walked out unhappy and at least 4 inches too much off my hair. She tried to make excuses the whole time too. Slow down and listen.

So disappointed in a cut today. Lady did Not listen to what look was wanted in the style. Will Never Ever go back. If I could rate a "0" I definitely would. Place has definitely gone downhill.

Been going here for about 35 years every one is very friendly Peggy is the one that cuts and perms my hair. This time I just got it cut. Crystal is very good also. When I go there I feel like I'm part of the family been friends for years

Peggy has been doing my hair for a couple of years now. I am very pleased with her work. She really listens and has been so helpful with recent transitioning from many years of coloring (which she does very well) to the natural me now.
