Sassy Nail Salon

Helen and her staff are very professional. She works 7 days a week, 9:30am until 7pm or later. She’s been owning and operating this business for 30 years. She is honest, professional and friendly. She’s always offering coffee, wine, and a comfortable atmosphere. What makes this nail salon different than others is the fact that you really get a spa comfortable relaxing experience. There’s soft soothing music, comfortable chairs and Helen always offers snacks too lol. Come check this place out, you will walk out feeling beautiful, confident and refreshed! My last experience here was horrific. The pedicure was lackluster one of the reasons I didn't patronize often. The manicure experience was the worst. Ellen the "owner", asked me what I do for a living. Then made it her personal mission to insult me into spending more money with her and a customer that used to work there who now owned a body contouring business. She went out of her way to discuss my body in front of other guest! Handing me a business card and pointing to my stomach. She didn't do this to anyone else that was there! Continued to criticize my eyebrows stating they needed to be done when they didn't! The person that does my eyebrows has a 5 star on Google. I let Ellen's crew do my eyebrows once and it was bad! Thinned them out! It was dehumanizing and humiliating. She bruised

I love love love sassy nails!! Ellen will go above and beyond to make sure all of her customers are satisfied and happy. She is wonderful and has a big heart! She gives the best manicure!! 😀

They take time and does their work diligently. My second time experience was good enough, only the nail art perfection was not so good hence 4 stars
