Sassy Nails

They do an awesome job on nails, always clean shop, and you don't feel like all of the manicurists are talking about you the whole time in another language, which unfortunately is common in nail salons. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the owner, while meaning well and wanting to ensure everything is to her standards, went back after my manicurist had done an amazing custom design gel paint on my nails and filed down part of the top coat on the way out the door. I asked if it would ruin it and was met with a curt response "if it does, come back". I tipped who did my nails very well and asked audibly to be sure she received the full amount and it did not sound from their conversation as though that was a given. I did a search for best dip nails in Louisville and this salon came up. I stopped by one afternoon with no appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. My nails are very short and had damage from previous gels. The guy said it was no problem and made my nails look great! He didn't try to pressure me to do a length i wasn't comfortable with and said he could do whatever I wanted. This is a small gesture but it's something I've never experienced at other salons. Everyone was so friendly. I'm usually very quiet at salons and not very talkative. This was the first time I talked to the technician the whole time. Although it was my first time it was like I was a long time customer. This was my first time using dip powder and they had a TON of colors to close from. I'll definitely be back!!!

I love this nail salon. Granted, I have only been twice, but I will continue to go back. I have gotten my nails done here as a walk-in (the first time) and by appointment (the second time). Highly recommend the technician Zion, but I am sure all of their technicians do a fantastic job. I had my nails done at a place previously where they were so rough with me, I left the salon with seven bleeding fingers. I told Zion about this encounter, and she took extra care in making sure that she was gentle and the polish from the last salon was removed adeptly. I love everyone at Sassy Nails and recommend them whenever someone compliments me on my nails.

I asked the nail artist if she could do designs on my nails and showed her a picture. She said yes. I asked for a pink color as the base coat. When doing my nails, the first problem was that she got glue everywhere. She got tons under my nails, and got it all over herself. She kept my nails clear rather than doing the pink that i asked for, and you could see the chunks of glue under my nails through the acrylic. The lady laughed while doing the designs on my nails. One of the designs was fire, and she laughed as she told me she needed to practice it more. She redid my nail probably 10 times and it still looked awful. She then laughed as she did the smiley faces on my nails and said they looked funny. She made me pick all of the colors to use on my nails, then used her own colors on the des

My nails are so beautiful now. i went in for a nail dip. The salon is so beautiful and welcoming fresh flowers, music playing, and its so clean here. hard to believe they do nails here. Janna is the nail tech that did my nails. She was so sweet and asked me every step of the way if i liked my nails. We were done in under an hour and i wasnt late to work. Going back tomorrow for a pedicure since i have more time. I am in love with this place. Thank you Janna! I love my nails!
