I usually don’t take the time to leave Google reviews, but after experiencing this situation multiple times with the same person, I felt it was worth sharing. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, I strongly recommend requesting anyone except "Jenny" at station #10. On multiple occasions, she has been rude, rough, and overall very unpleasant. Today, I had to return because three of my dip powder nails—done less than a week ago by another technician—had already cracked. I understand that it can be inconvenient for the techs when a customer has to come back for fixes, but this also takes time out of my own schedule. Trust me, I didn’t want to be here either. Stopped by this nail salon while visiting family here in NWA. The customer service was excellent. I got a pedicure and manicure. The price was reasonable. They did a wonderful job. I loved my nails. Definitely came back next time. Highly recommended.

I am always happy when i leave the salon. They do a great job on my nail and are reasonably priced!

Got my eyebrows waxed and she literally pulled my skin with the tweezers then got a pedicure there’s still dead skin on my feet, my toe is aching to the touch and so red also and have no idea what from but didn’t happen until i came here plus she was way to rough. my friend got a manicure and literally 1 hr later the stickers and charms was coming off. feels like worst experience ever especially for $135

I have now been to this salon 3 times and have been extremely satisfied every time! The most reasonably priced nails in town. I had the pleasure of meeting Doug today and it was so fun talking to him while he worked on my nails! They turned out perfect!
