I absolutely love Saugus Nails and Spa! The service here is always amazing—everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Ana is the sweetest! She’s always so attentive, and even when she’s super busy, she finds a way to squeeze me in. I truly appreciate that kind of care and effort. The gel manicures and pedicures I get are always perfect and last so long. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they do. I always leave feeling happy and pampered. I would give zero stars if I could. I was wanting to go in for $65 worth of service and the technian decided to ignore my no's and questions as she did things to my nails I never previously experienced. I ended up paying $130 total. I was told what I wanted would be a 60-90 minute appointment. The technian kept me after closing, even after I attempted to cancel the rest of my nails she refused to stop. In total, it was 3 hours while she kept telling me I was keeping her from her family, and taking phone calls from them loudly saying I was the reason she wasn't home. Turns out she dipped my nails instead of giving me basic extension. I explained my nails grew too fast for anything that would last longer then a few weeks. This is a wonderful salon with very professional staff. The owner is always pleasant and you feel very comfortable without pressure for increasing sales. I am so happy to endorse this as a reputable, clean, professional salon. I have never had a bad experience and always accommodating for the client. I give it a definite 5 stars!

Me and my wife went to this salon and it was a wonderful experience she put on Judge Judy on the tv for me and my wife to watch and it made our pedicure service even better. My wife loves her pedicure because of how perfect they look and my feet have never looked better. The price is also very reasonable $35 for regular pedicure very affordable will be coming back.
