I love this location of Savarna’s! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I regularly see Shagufta for my eyebrow threading and she does an excellent job every time!

Anjum is great. She does amazing work on my eyebrows. She is very professional and kind.

Sim is fantastic!! I highly recommend this location!! My daughter and I come here for threading.

Save your time and money . I booked an extreme eyelash full set appointment . I was told the appointment would only be 30mins I was 15 mins early to my 5:30 appointment and didn’t leave until after 7 for my lashes to look like I applied mascara . I asked for a dramatic full look and I got a very natural look as if I got nothing done at all . When I told her I didn’t like them she applied a few more lashes but it looks the same I’m very disappointed and I’ll never return here again . I’ll attach pictures later. Also the staff is very rude for the amount of money I paid

I arrived at 5:35 PM to get my eyebrows threaded, only to find the 'Closed' sign flipped on the door, despite both the posted hours on the building and Google indicating they close at 7:00 PM. I called the business, and they told me to knock on the door, assuring me I'd be let in. After knocking, I made eye contact with someone at the front desk, but instead of assisting me, she quickly ducked out of view and never opened the door. As a loyal customer with a membership, I’m incredibly disappointed by this lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
