Ms. Carter is an excellent stylist. I always feel beautiful when I leave her shop. Her ability to cover grey is amazing. She has great insights as to what will look best, and then she develops your color specific to you. She is just amazing.

I struggled with how to approach giving this feedback in a loving manner, both in person and through Google. But the facts are what they are. My daughters’ appointment was at 2:30pm yesterday. We waited a full hour to be seen with no acknowledgement or apology of the delay. We waited upstairs where there was a refrigerator full of drinks. No offer to make yourself comfortable and have a beverage while you wait. This was my daughters first time and basically no customer service was offered. Things happen. 10-15 minutes is expected at times. 30 minutes is unacceptable. An hour is inexcusable, especially without offering the courtesy of addressing it or being remorseful. I received the full dimension color package for my birthday. I went through with this service mainly because of Instagram videos of colors that she had done, she did a really good job on my blow out during color consultation, and she has a charming/friendly personality. Although my friends who are from Baltimore told me not to pay over $800 for the service, I went anyway thinking I was getting a luxury experience. I was unhappy with my overall experience with full color dimension. It was absolutely not what I wanted. I told her at consultation and during the coloring that I love my dark hair; thus, I wanted dark roots and lighter ends.
