SB Hair Best Braiders

This was my first time coming to this shop, because my braider that has been doing my hair since 2009 is unreachable, so after seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to give them a try. I got box braids and they are so beautiful. I am one that is very hard to please when it comes down to my hair, but I am very much satisfied with my hair. The owner’s sister did my hair, unfortunately i forgot to ask her, her name. But, I will be returning in the future as a customer! Satisfaction guaranteed and they charged me the same amount my other braider charged.

I hate trying to get my hair done at the last minute. And I am so glad that I came across this shop on the internet. Everyone was so pleasant not like other shops I have been in. My hair came out beautiful each Senegalese Twist the exact same size. I am very pleased with the service I will be returning. Thanks to the staff and the comfortable atmosphere!!!!!

Each and every time I come to SB Hair Best Braiders I feel loved and welcomed. I’ve been coming here for years, and I wouldn’t trade Aji for anything. She’s professional, nice, friendly, and down to earth. I get so many compliments when she does my hair, or anyone that’s in the shop. My hair always lasts a long time, and her prices are nice! I get my hair braided often. This would be my go-to braiding shop if I lived in Baton Rouge. The atmosphere of everyone working there was so nice and friendly. Also, I loved the Senegalese twist braids they did on me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t like to bash people but this shop is ridiculous. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment for Sunday for my 5yr old and myself and was told to come at 7 am. I arrive at 6:45 on Sunday morning and the shop was not open. Around 7:05 I texted the owner to inquire about my appointment but no reply. I then called and she proceeds to tell me that she worked really late the night before plus her son was sick so she won’t be in the shop until 12 pm. Mind you I drove from Zachary! She could’ve at least had the decency to call or text me the day before to say she would be in later. I would’ve understood that more than her not showing up or bothering to notify me.
