Scarlett Manhattan Nail and Spa

I would go to this location to get my eyebrows waxed only. I had some nice encounters with employees until I had a nasty one. On this day my appointment went as usual and I paid with my card and the woman who did my eyebrows asked me about a tip. I usually tip in cash but that was tasteless. I stopped going and go to the eyebrow threading bar around the corner. The results are more uniform compared to this nail salon

From out of town and was visiting for a doctor's appointment. Mom and I had time to waste until it was time to board so we randomly dropped in for a pedicure. Everything looked clean and sterilized which is always important to me. Color selection was not massive but had a lot of colors I liked including a quick dry nail polish. Service was polite and friendly. Sad this is located at home. Would definitely go back.

Have been going to Scarlett nails for over 10 years as one of my go to neighborhood places. I recently went for a mani pedi for my birthday and it was lovely. I was lucky that I asked for Adriana for my pedicure and she was available. She is kind, professional and near perfect result. Amy (?) did my gel manicure which the nail edges could’ve been a little more accurate, but my nails still looked neat and good. Scarlett Nails customer service is always reliable, professional and quality result. The salon is very clean and safe and the owner Janet is good with customers as well. The prices are decent for the neighborhood but they are not doing any specials now because of C-19. I will be back for next time because the service is that good. Thanks!!

This salon is immaculate. Janet the owner has taken every precaution possible. Adriana has been doing my nails for over 20 years. She is amazing and is a perfectionist. Rosa is also excellent! People comment how great my nails look. I love this shop. It’s newly renovated and looks beautiful. If you’re looking for a great nail salon for yourself or a gift certificate you will find it here. That was my first and last time going there. Worst manicure I've ever had. I live out of state, but work in NYC. I needed my nails done for my vacation, and since they were close to my job, I decided to go there. I called and asked about pricing, and told the lady I wanted a regular manicure....because I had the acrylic , but wanted something simple.Tell me why she did fillings for the acrylic.....and why do they charge extra for polosh? I kept asking her if this is the regular manicure, and if the price they told, was right and she kept saying yes.I ended up paying for something I did not want. And as if that wasn't bad enough,the lady told me my nails were dry,but by the time I got to work and washed my hadns....all the polish was smugged. Needless to say, I will not go back there ag
