Scorpio Rising Nail Studio

I have been getting my nails done for the past 9 years, gone to many if not all of the salons in the Williamsburg area. Left un-satisfied and/or disappointed. So, I searched around and came across Scorpio Rising. The salon is somewhat new as it opened in 2020. I decided to give them a chance and made a reservation. For me it was an hour drive, although it was absolutely worth it! I arrived on time for my appointment was introduced to my nail stylist Audra. No hour long wait after scheduled reservation time. Something that occurs with many other nail salons... Audra, she's super cool and professional. Her work area was very clean and tidy. She explained clearly what she's doing and answered all my questions. I never once felt uncomfortable, pressured or upset. It was like I was hanging out

I’ve been a client of Audra’s for years and years and there’s nobody other than her and her fellow technicians at Scorpio Rising I’d recommend for nail services in Richmond. The studio space is gorgeous, the folks are friendly, the prices are more than reasonable, and you can trust you’ll get unparalleled high-quality service every single time. I especially love gel polish and creative nail art, but they’re a full service nail salon that can cater to a variety of needs.

Olivia had a cancellation and I saw on Instagram and was able to snag it. She did an incredible job and took my fall vision of nails and ran with it! She was fun to talk to, the appointment was relaxing and I enjoyed it! Her books fill up fast so I can’t come back for a few months but I already have future appointments booked! Can’t wait to come back!

Self care for Men is on the rise and I decided to try out a regular manicure. Booked with Tamika and had a great experience. She asked me about a few things like polish or not, buff or not and I elected no polish and buff was up to her. I let her do what she does best. Men's self care is definitely A+
