Seriously, I walked in feeling like my hair was a lost cause, due to a disastrous perm that left it dry, thinning, and just plain sad. But from the second I sat down with Scott, everything changed. He didn't just see the mess; he saw potential. He listened, really listened, to what I wanted and offered solutions I hadn't even thought of. What impressed me most was his confidence and genuine care. He didn't just rush me through a service. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. He was able to work with my damaged hair, and the results were fantastic. My hair feels healthier, and it looks so much better

Overall Scott was very professional and did a great job with a complicated under layer dye job and cut. I'm really happy with the results! Scheduling and communication: By appointment only, but it was easy to coordinate over text. I was given a range for the price after explaining what I wanted. On the day of the appointment Scott was on time. Our appointment did run over because an issue with my previous dye required an extra bleaching. Even though we ended up a few hours over, Scott was very patient and did not rush through the job. Facility: Salon is a bit on the older side, but felt clean and nice. I’ve been searching for a new stylist to cut/color my hair. I found Scott on Yelp and texted him for an appointment. Scott is very friendly and he made suggestions on the color I should go with to blend in with the previous color I had without bleaching. I initially wanted a cut with a lot of layers but he said my hair is already too fine so with a lot of layers my hair would look even thin. So we did small layers instead and I was very happy with the color and cut.

Scott is a very professional barber, with great patience and proficient skills, he pays a lot of attention on the communication regarding the ideal hairstyle with the customers demands. He then makes appropriate adjustments during the session as needed. Thus Scott is highly-rated among both Chinese and American customers.
