Season Nails

I’m honestly heartbroken and frustrated by my experience at Seasons Nails. When I arrived, there was only one other customer in the shop. Two more people came in after me — one for a pedicure and one for a full set. Their appointment was at 10:00 a.m., yet by 10:45, no one had even started on the woman waiting for her full set. That’s not okay. They left abruptly. The woman who did my nails was pleasant, but my nails/hands looked rough. My nail shapes are uneven(some look coffin some ballerina some just aren't straight), my cuticles were cut too much, and my fingers are sore, with one even bleeding. My hands look sloppy and unprofessionally done.I’ve had cuter, more consistent press-on nails than what I paid for here. I came in hoping to feel pampered and confident, but I left embarrasse

Excellent experience. Walked in without an appointment was we were taken care of quickly and they did a great job. Pedicure and manicure. I (the Dad) came to get my girls done but got convinced to do my first pedicure spa treatment. I’ve got to say, it was great.

i had an appointment with mary this morning and she was so so nice!!! she gave me the cutest, silliest manicure ever. i’ll definitely be going back to her 😝

I did not have a good first experience today. Given not many colors to chose from, I picked blue and white for a winter theme. I told the lady what colors I wanted and proceeded to pick the wrong colors. She also left my nails in and uneven shape. I purposefully spend over a month growing them out so I could get my nails done, but then this lady starts off by cutting my nails, which defeats the whole purpose of me growing them out. Only after she started filing them did she ask me if I was ok with my nails looking like squares. As she was painting, she didn't even cover the whole nail, and asked me where I wanted the white nail after she had started painting. The al lady then proceeds to get the polish on my fingers and doesn't remove it. And just when I thought we were done, she pulls out

Mary gave me an incredible, very relaxing spa pedicure. She also was very meticulous with my Manicure. Super happy with my experience!
