Sedona Infinity Spa & Wellness Center

My husband I were looking to experience a salt room, after our cross-country move, and were so thrilled to find Infinity Spa! Not only do they cater to humans, they cater to pets as well! Our dog, Hagrid, relaxed with us in the Halotherapy room and fell asleep fairly quick! When we came out, we could tell our pup was so much more relaxed and as for ourselves, it helped my husband’s shoulder and my allergies! Finally, we all loved meeting Gigi, who has such a calming, loving presence. We highly recommend booking any of their services - it will be the best decision you could make!

My five friends and I booked a private sound bath in the salt room, and it was such a relaxing, unique experience. The space itself was so peaceful, and once the sound bath began, we were completely transported. Gigi shared a bit about her journey and gave great Sedona recommendations, which we appreciated. The sound bath itself was beautiful, grounding, and exactly what our girls’ trip needed. We left feeling calm, reset, and glowing. Highly recommend for a special group experience in Sedona!

I had my very first salt room experience this week at Sedona Infiniti spa and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in Athyna made me feel welcome and at ease, taking the time to explain the process and answer my questions. During my session, Gigi joined me in the salt room and read my cards. She was incredibly accurate and intuitive – it honestly felt like catching up with an old friend. The whole experience was calming, uplifting, and just what I needed. If you’re looking for a little rejuvenation and self-care, I can’t recommend this beautiful space enough!

I feel swindled! Charged much more than expected. My friend and I purchased a holiday special package for two, that felt like a sampler pack- we got a 30 minute massage in the salt room, time in a mediation room, time on a heated bed for chakra alignment (basically just more meditation) and time in a red light room wearing a tea tree oil face mask. Some of these items were “add-ons”, but were all listed as FREE, presumably because of the holiday special. The only add-on we selected that wasn’t free was the crystal bowl music, which was $50 extra per person. The total upon booking online was around $406, which we paid in full in advance. After we had the treatments, the owner handed us an iPad to charge us an additional $200. My friend thought maybe she hadn’t initially been billed the full

The worst - most expensive - unprofessional experience I have ever had. Technician needs tons more hours of experience. Robert did not have a massage program that was balanced to your body parts. Skimmed over areas that are crucial on “most” bodies. Facility and linens and robes need serious updates and look worn and used. . Shower option was not offered. They rounded up a towel for me to shower since I was heading home that day - no soap was available or offered. This place is highly over rated and Their product and services were less than standard.
