Trust the reviews— I wish I read them prior to my appointment! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. This was my 3rd time booking with Amy, as the prior two times she was wonderful! I went to Amy, ( one of the salon owners) on June 24, 2025 expecting professional results and instead walked away with a mess! The photos speak for themselves—uneven color, harsh banding, and an overall patchy, brassy mess that looked nothing like what I asked for or expected from someone at her level. The worst part wasn’t just the visible damage, but the emotional toll it took. I need to preface that it has taken me years to grow my hair out and save up a little money to treat myself in getting my hair done again. I'm naturally dirty blonde in hair color, and I usually ask for a balayage with very little blonde pieces to be put in so it looks kind of sun-kissed, and more natural/keeps most of my natural color. This is what I had communicated to the stylist here, yet my entire head was bleached with no contrast, was splotchy and permanently damaged. I absolutely loved this salon!! Aimee did a phenomenal job on my hair and educated me as we went through the process of coloring and what’s best for the health of my hair. The aesthetics inside are amazing and the pricing is very reasonable. I’ll def be back!
