I called and scheduled my appt for noon. When I arrived 5 min prior to my appt time she had just sat down another client and said I’d have to wait. She ended up asking the walk in to leave and come back. I showed Tam what I wanted and she proceeded to argue with me that my hair was not naturally curly. To the point I had to show her a photo of me with curly hair. She blew out my hair after washing, cut it dry, and then refused to style it. She ended up scrunching my DRY hair with mousse while I was explaining to her she needs to do that on wet hair, she spritzed my hair with the water a few times and then said we were done. I asked for short curls and showed her the picture i wanted. She said I saw the picture and know what you want. She proceeded to cut off all my hair and gave me a boys hair cut. I will never go back again. I have to wait untill my hair grows out again and have it fixed.
