I’ve come here now three times and I love this it here. They’re very fast and they make sure the customer is happy. They always make sure I get exactly what I wanted.

I will update with images when I have time, but I really wanted to share my experience working with this shop. On short notice they were able to fit me in. I belive the woman's name is Dee who braided my hair. I shared a concept image of what I wanted but the image only showed the back of the style (which at the time was the most important to me). Dee got to work plaiting my hair. Once the back was complete she asked if I had an image for the front & I didnt, and I couldnt find one in quick enough timeframe, so we decided to freestyle it. Dee completed the freestyle but I wasn't feeling it and most importantly, the tension on my temple was just too painful. I reluctantly asked Dee to please remove her hard work from the front of my hair. After some back and forth Dee agreed. I completely

Old customers and new, do not patronize this unprofessional establishment. I was a customer for years now I will no longer patronize or support this place. I made an appointment for Daba, she was an hour late, had a stranger in my head and asked for the money before my hair was done and left early. The stranger, who she claims was her daughter had to finish my hair. This was my last time coming to this shop.

I will never go to this shop again I went there for the first time and got my braids done They stopped me as I was looking for some place to get my braids done I said to myself why not I'll try here, biggest mistake of my life! I go in, tell them what I want. They start laughing and speaking in their language so that I don't understand them which I felt was kind of weird, rude And extremely unprofessional It gave off a weird energy, all I asked for was goddess braids, i didn't see the funny in that but I continued, I should have just walked out But I didn't, as she was doing my hair the way she ripped through my hair was as if she hated me..I have 4b texture hair and its very full And to my shoulders, good stylist/braiders know you have to comb from the ends to the roots, Halfway through

I normally go here to get my braids done, but the quality of work is changing. I got my braids done a week ago, and the braids are coming out. When I go to the shop, they tell me to come back tomorrow. Which I don't understand if the shop is empty and 2 people are in there not working at all, why cant can't they fix the issue. I will not be returning back here for business because this is not how you conduct business
