Great store! Lots of options. Friendly and helpful staff. Very organized and clean.

Standard fare. Lots of hair options towards the back of the shop. A good variety of wax, hair and beauty products as well.

I go here every now and then. The manager is so pleasant and makes sure he greets everyone. If he doesn’t have something in stock he tells you when he expects a shipment to come back and he will make sure he has it.

The chinese man will make you feel uncomfortable as soon as you enter the store. If you are a teenager, black, Spanish or look any way that doesn’t suit him he will watch you and have his minions on your back too. I’ve been spending 100’s of dollar in that store for years, and I come in with my daughter most of the time so imagine how this makes me feel. It’s sad because the people of my color is the reason your store is still a store. Majority of his customers are black!!! Very dissatisfied

Sense Beauty Supply Store has the best customer service. In a society that seems to have forgotten that the customer is important, you can find the workers in this establishment attentive and helpful. There are very few beauty supply stores in the Bronx that compares. I recommend this place if you want to feel respected after the visit.
