So my 15 year old recently went bc she wanted a set for her 16th birthday. Her dad took her and her friend along w my youngest one to get their nails done. Only my 15 yr old and her friend got them done. Work was nice but I truly believe they over charged. He paid about 100 for each set. My daughter had a picture for reference and they had advised her it would be 65 to 70 or so. Okay fine right. They took like two hrs for each girl and even asked my daughters friend if she wanted the butterflies on her nails as well, from what they told me she said no and I guess my daughter's nails tech told the other nail tech to just do it. My thing is when dealing w younger clients they should have more customer service etiquette and ask beforehand to ask the parent if an upcharge is okay. As a csr mys

I asked for almond nails and instead got weird duck bill nails on 1 hand and somewhat almond on the other . 1 of them is crooked they are lumpy . she was very nice but either there was a language barrier or she truly didn’t know how to do almond shape or dip powder . I am truly disappointed as they cost $45 and now I am going to have to pay for someone else to redo them .

I am NEVER I repeat NEVER coming back here for my nails. The same day I paid for them to get done and in red was my choice they started fading away into some weird color. They look disgusting and I'm 100% unsatisfied and upset over this. Requesting my refund later today they best not start a logomachy with me.

I took my husband & mom-in-law for a pedicure (both their first times). All 3 technicians were awesome! I had Alex and she was amazing! Thank you for an awesome experience, especially for the newbies. Mom kept saying how good it felt, she’s 85 years young ❤️

Worst place to come too!!! Ladies we're rude and took 3 hours to do my nails Lorena was the worst! Along with the other girls! I do not recommend!! Also they charged me $25 for just filing my toe nails! The lady was really rough on my toe nails made my pinky bleed 🩸 I'm super upset!
