Today was my first facial with Grace at Salon Lumë and it was Amazing! Grace is absolutely wonderful and so gentle with my skin and giving it the great care and hydration repair it so needed! I will definitely be maintaining my facial skin care needs with Grace and already plan to go back for the buccal massage next! I impulsively got a facial from Grace after a haircut at Salon Lume. After a terrible experience with a facial at a different salon last year, I let Grace know up front that I have sensitive skin and I haven’t been taking care of it that well. Not only did Grace take care of my skin, she educated me on my skin’s specific needs as well. The overall experience was so relaxing, I fell asleep. Afterwards I was glowing and my skin looked so much better! The massage that Grace gave me also seemed to leave my jawline snatched. Already have my next appointment booked!

Grace provides stellar customer service and professionalism. I arrived super late to the initial appointment and was worried she would be upset. Instead, she calmly suggested we reschedule and even served me a drink and snacks! I was distressed from being late (I'm a type A person who's always on time), and her actions really lifted my spirit. I enjoyed the facial and sculpt massages the most during the facial. The products she used felt nice on my skin. She also went over the allotted time to ensure my skin concerns were addressed. My skin was glowing with no blackheads after the treatment. Towards the end, she recommended me products I could use to help maintain the skin and gave thorough instructions on how and when to use the products.
