I was picking up gifts for my kids’ teachers for Xmas and therefore had quite a few small items to check out. There were some items I had to cancel because their prices were mislabeled. The cashier Allie was rude and impatient and made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time. I was so flustered that I forgot to purchase a few more items so I will have to visit the store again but I will avoid this location. Sephora should consider hiring and training employees on customer service!

Needed to replace a few very specific things and it had been years since I’d stepped foot inside this store; having become accustomed to online shopping but couldn’t wait. It was bright, clean and the signage made things easy. Although along the way I did need some help and they were quickly able to find exactly what I needed. Reasonably priced, excellent stock within store and a plethora of choices. It was fun discovering new items to try. Overall a successful and enjoyable experience.

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about the staff at the store going to respond to three employees that need to be recognized for the amazing customerservice. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I’ve been dealing with the same manager and she is just wonderful professional knows her stuff and so do the other two team members. They have not been there as long as her, but they are just as good. I’m sure there are more staff members at the store that are as good as these three but I wanna recognize these three especially the manager who has helped me through the years. HAVEN—— STORE MGR. This isn't the biggest Sephora location, but they still have awesome vegan staple brands like Tarte, Kat Von D, etc. Staff is super helpful, too! Everything you need without all the extra fluff you find in larger stores.

The staff here was extremely bad. I went in for a color match for foundation and one of the helper girls just tried 4 colors on my face without even checking if I am allergic to anything. When I asked a bit about the type of brands and some questions about the make up itself, She just didn't want to help and kept telling me to pay and make an appointment to take a make up class. What are those girls for then? In the middle of helping me she was like I have someone else waiting and ran off. There were at least 4 other staff at the store at that time and 3 customers. So rude. Shoppers, for a decent experience go to another location and not to this one for sure.
