Alice (in Wonderland) was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful while assisting me. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Her warm personality really stood out Sephora is lucky to have her! :)

This girl name Brauer was very nice in assisting me. However, there is this other girl there that could not be bothered. I don’t know what her name was, but she had bright red highlights in her hair. I went in there to try some foundation. I wanted her opinion on it. She wouldn’t even help me. I went over to the register and one of the cashier asked if I needed help I said yes then the cashier told the same lady that wouldn’t help me to help me. I was so close to walk out of there and not purchase anything just because of her attitude.

I walked into store on a quiet Wednesday evening, looking to try some new concealers, treat myself.. As I approach the mirrors to use some makeup remover to try them out, Marisol BARKS across the store at me condescendingly asking me if I know what I’m using, it turned out to be oil for waxing. She then rudely directs me (again- from a distance away) to where the makeup remover is and her tone was extremely confrontational. To the point that I cried. A manager saw the confrontation, tried to reassure me and agreed it was rude. Marisol could have approached me, talked in a kinder approachable tone, asked me if I needed help, she could have kindly corrected me. So apparently if you want to do a return here the staff will try and accuse you of stealing/scamming for a free new product when god forbid you just want to return/exchange a faulty item that THEY sold to you. What a shocking, terrible experience. Thank you to Sephora's online customer service team for handling my situation smooth and swiftly, as apparently they're used to customer complaints with this location (shocker!). I won't be shopping at this location again, and wouldn't recommend. Staff isn't knowledgeable with brands and new product releases, nothing is ever in stock and won't be for weeks, especially trending items that you might be looking for as Christmas gifts so don't waste your time here.

I’ve never been here and had a good experience. Past two times I’ve walked in had horrible customer experience and just walked out with nothing because everyone is either rude or knows nothing. I asked if the girl at the register knows if there are any other birthday reward options on the app and she looked at me like I had three heads and said “we only have these two in store right now” like honey I am not stupid. They’re all so condescending I used to have the highest member tier but ever since I moved closer to this Sephora I’ve switched to ulta because they made me hate it so bad.
