SEPHORA at Kohl's

Tried to make a purchase at the Sephora inside Kohls in Cranberry Twp, and was told by the manager on site Maddie (12/29/25) that they did not have the ability to look up my Sephora credit card. Said that they never were able to do that and they couldn’t possibly look it up any other way, only a kohls credit card. I know I’ve used my credit card by Sephora there before and the associates are able to look it up by SSN and a few pieces of info. They clearly didn’t want to help the issue or resolve anything and seemed very bothered by the interaction, so disappointed that management would rather let a customer walk out without anything than try to understand the situation. I walked out without purchasing anything and will not be returning, this Sephora and it’s staff are always disappointing

I stopped at this location around noon today. There was only 1 other customer in the store. I walked around for about 5 mins actually looking for the Luxe brand. There were 2 or 3 employees behind the desk laughing and congratulating one of them. Not one time that I was in the store did one of them greet me or approach to see if I needed assistance- which was obvious since I was walking up/down each aisle. I will not be returning to this store & will take my business to Ulta where the staff greets you and assists immediately

Nicole was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us as soon as we walked in. She spent over an hour with me and my sister asking us our budget, what products we needed and giving us the best recommendations. I have no clue how to do my makeup but she gave me the BEST tutorials for my sister’s upcoming wedding. The store was busy that day and she still took time to help us, greet other guests, and also ring up other guests. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you again Nicole!

They never once spoke to me as I was in the store (I was the only customer in the store at the time) but as soon as a white customer came in after me all 3 associates immediately greeted her and asked if she needed any help. At that moment I put all my items down and walked out. I don’t spend money where I’m not welcome!

Took my daughter here on her birthday to use a gift card and claim her Sephora birthday gift. We were informed that they had been out of birthday gifts for months and had no idea when they would be back in stock. Just an FYI for any long term customers like us so that you don’t have the same experience at this location
