SEPHORA at Kohl's

When you go to the Sephora at the mall, they are enthusiastic, grab a basket and help you fill that baby up. That was not the experience at the one at Kohls. I walked in, a girl was leaning against the counter staring at her phone, she did look up and ask if I needed help when approached. Unfortunately, she said they can't look up my account on the their computer to see what I purchased from the Sephora at the mall. She said look at my app, but I usually have my daughter buy my makeup so I didn't have the app. Instead of enthusiastically helping me decide, she went back to staring at her phone. I wasn’t having a good day and I’m 6 months pregnant, I ended up crying my makeup off. I walked into Sephora to find something to fix it before I had to meet some family for lunch. Layla was sweet, kind and just a wonderful person. She fixed my makeup and gave me samples. She truly made my day better and I couldn’t help but give her a hug. Thank you Layla for being such an amazing Sephora employee and person. I will definitely be back.

I was here with my daughter and the sales lady was really great. She gave us her undivided attention and we walked out of there with perfume, lipstick, & mascara.

10/10/10/10! Had to make a return at kohl's, but of course had to stop into Sephora to check out the new location. Had nothing short of the BEST experience with Christopher. He was so nice, and helped out with suggestions on everything I needed and even gave us samples of the products to make sure they were what I wanted and needed before I spent all the money on something that may not work for my skin. I will definitely be back to shop with him again.
