SEPHORA at Kohl's

Worse .. they charged me for the product I never bought.. i realized after sometime .. I got 2 products but was charged for one additional .. I called to check but no help at all .. not even trying. Will never return back to this store again .. Pathetic customer care service..

I think her name was myesha but she was genuinely so sweet curly hair girl with a beautiful bright smile she was very sweet to me and my friend very helpful and just overall amazing just feel very comfortable, we will be coming back💗💗

I've always had a wonderful experience at the Sephora in Kohl's. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. Yesterday, Kate helped my daughter and I find everything we needed and also provided us with some wonderful samples. She went above and beyond and was so wonderful! She is certainly an asset to this store!! Thank you again!! 😊

Worker claims that she can't look up my item for a return but it claims on website I can. So your workers don't feel like doing their job. Don't buy here go to a actual Sephora location. Sephora get your stuff together and train your staff. I'm losing love for your brand because your employees would rather stand and chat then help. They stood in a busy store three talking together on 1-4-24 at 3:10pm and we're not helping customers. I feel she lied intentionally I can see the item on my app. I'm extremely disappointed as all other locations I've been to are helpful.

Customer service. I had the worst experience with two young “managers” Asked to return a foundation and from the very beginning was met with extreme hostility which grew to verbal assault. For a company that prioritizes equality and teamwork..: the two they chose to have in charge of the store were anything but. Yelling to the point I had three other customers come up to me after leaving saying that this Sephora “is the worst one in the area”.. I have video footage that if anyone would like to see - I’ll happily provide and implore corporate to take a look at the hostility and aggressive behavior that came from these two.. Will never be shopping at this demeaning store again.
