SEPHORA at Kohl's

I’ve been to this store on various occasions, to look for lipstick, perfume, gifts, etc, and not once did either of the two associates come over and try to assist. They were not occupied with other customers, nor were they doing anything in particular around the store - they just did not want to come over to help. At one point I asked for where a few of my favorite products were located and they claimed not to stock any of the items I listed. This is not a store that is representative of Sephora’s generally good customer service.

This Sephora tucked inside Kohl’s is a hidden gem of Mount Kisco. Zero chaos, calming, usually empty with really nice people working there, it’s the one Sephora I go to for anything - cleaners, samples, travel-sized lotions etc. 5 stars!!!

I rarely leave reviews but this Sephora was spectacular. The employees are very nice. Two employees were in the middle of a conversation, and they both ended the conversation and asked how I was doing and if I would like any help with anything. They were consistently walking around the store offering people help if they look like they needed help. This Sephora is also very clean and the employees are very friendly. I would totally recommend going to the Sephora!

Gianna Carlin was my beauty consultant and she was excellent. She not only was familiar with the plethora of brands offered, she knew what I wanted and accommodated me in a patient and very pleasant manner, professional in every way.

Varieties of colognes. Friendly staff.
