SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s Fredericksburg. I purchased perfumes and returned the next day with my receipt to exchange for a larger size and pay the difference. While the exchange was denied due to policy, which I didnt understand but accepted, the issue was the employees’ behavior afterward. As I was leaving, two employees laughed behind my back. I went back and asked what was funny, and after I left again, they continued laughing. Laughing at a customer is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Regardless of store policy, customers should always be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this behavior and retrains staff on proper customer service. worst customer service, the manager is rude. they sold me a product that expired just couple months after, when i went in the store to discus the matter i was just handed a number on peice of paper to call customer service. I will never shop here.

This is the second sephora I went to that did not have the perfume I was looking for.

I guess Kohls Sephora is better than none. Zero customer service and zero knowledge of the products-- not okay considering they're higher end. I wasn't greeted, while 4 members were gathered behind the counter. I should have left after I felt invisible by person number 3, but stayed because I needed something specific as a gift later today. Maybe because I didn't have on a full beauty face?? I now know to continue to shop in store at ULTA whose members are welcoming and knowledgeable, and online sephora. Cyan (I think her name?) was the only one who showed any interest in my future purchases, but she didn't know any product details- just nicer than the others.

I LOVE Sephora at this location and the mall. You CAN NEVER have too many Sephora stores. I like to shop online at times but that's rare since I find everything here. The staff at this store are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to help with the hair and makeup products. I would give this Sephora and the Sephora at the mall a 10.
