SEPHORA at Kohl's

Christina is PHENOMENAL! Diane too!! Incredibly friendly and helpful. 12/10. I used to be an Ulta girly…I am now a Sephora girly for life.

This store is very limited, not only in product selection, but also in customer service. I was there this afternoon when a customer was frantic, looking for her lost wallet. I informed a store associate of the missing item, she just shrugged & told me to "ask the front register." When I told her no one was there, she said "I don't know." Pretty sad that she couldn't help out a customer. Please don't lose your belongings here or have a medical emergency. The store associates will just look at you and shrug. The lights are on but nobody's home.

Gave me a men's perfume instead of the women's perfume. I'm guy I don't know the box. Apparently there's 3 or 4 types of what I asked for and the person working didn't know the inventory enough to ask to clarify what the bottle looked like. I didn't find out it was the wrong item until it was opened Christmas morning. They took it back but didn't honor the birthday discount I used. If you are a guy buying a gift make sure you know exactly what you need because they won't know or care to clarify. You will also lose money because they won't honor any discount that you used before their carelessness
