Customer Reviews
This Sephora inside Kohl’s may be small, but it definitely packs a punch. It’s a perfect one-stop shop if you’re in town, headed to an event, or just need to grab a few beauty essentials. You can pick up an outfit or accessories from Kohl’s, then swing by Sephora for travel or full-size products — super convenient. The space is generally organized, though some displays can look a little disheveled at times. That said, I’ve never seen more than one employee running the entire section, and they truly do it all — stocking, assisting shoppers, watching the floor, and running checkout. That’s a lot for one person, so I give them credit for keeping things running smoothly. Despite that, every visit has been pleasant. The staff is helpful, patient, and lets you test products before you buy. The
Went in to get a fragrance for Christmas because it was advertised as 20% off. Went to check out and the advertised sale price wasn't available to me because im not some insider. Told them they can keep the shit i dont want it. That's deceptive advertising menards just lost a lawsuit over their sale ads. Plus the lady that eventually showed up to the counter had an attitude. I think I'll keep my teen daughter out of this chain of stores
I went into Sephora excited, but I left feeling disrespected and deeply discriminated against. I asked if they were hiring and was told that “only females” can work there because they “only carry female products.” The homophobic vibe was strong, especially when the employee suggested I apply at Kohl’s instead. It’s absurd, considering so many Sephora brands are owned by gay men. I expected inclusivity, but instead, I felt belittled and hurt. If you want respect and actual help, just walk across the street.
Not impressed at all. Went in to the Sephora in Kohl's needing help and nobody offered to help. I made eye contact with a couple employees, one greeted us and that was the extent of her interaction. She walked right past us after the greeting. Not at all happy with the lack of customer service.
The staff are very kind and very personable. They take the time to color match, find what you need. You can find lots of goodies here! Lots of things sold out at the larger Sephora you can find here! They are a newer store and I can’t wait to see how far they go!
