SEPHORA at Kohl's

Pretty decent selection for one of the smaller Sephora locations. I've always had great staff working here when I visit. They provide me with suggestions at different price levels which I love. Some of the trending products can go out of stock fairly quickly but that's at any location. Plus the rewards points are fun to try new products.

I've always had a great experience every time I visit the Sephora inside Kohl’s in Apple Valley. The customer service is consistently excellent—the staff are welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They always engage with you, offer helpful suggestions, and make the shopping experience enjoyable. Whether I’m looking for something specific or just browsing, I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend this location!

Customer service is horrible left without buying. They do not try to help you I was right in front of the check out lane two of them looked at me and walked away no greeting or anything. Bad business!

Do not recommend very disappointing experience at Sephora in Kohl's I recently visited the Sephora inside Kohl's, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with both the store's. The level of customer service I received. The location was disorganized, and there was a lack of staff available to assist me. When I finally did get help, the employee seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which made my shopping experience even more frustrating. For a store that is known for its beauty expertise, I expected much better service. I sincerely hope they improve both their product availability and customer service at this location.
