I called and picked the option to speak with an associate for Sephora ; i waited and no one ever answered so , i called the Kohls number back and ,someone who was chewing food all in my ear wasn't able to help me because she isn't in that department.. I told Ms. Chewing all in my ear that no one picks up but, she had to transfer me!! Again, no one picked up. I guess she was too busy eating to check and see if they have what i was asking her for. :/
This store was out of many products. There was only one person working- the cashier. She was very nice and helpful but she left at 3pm while myself and 5 other customers were in the store with no replacement to assist or ring us up.
Great staff but quite small and the line was an extremely long. Was Christmas weekend though so that could have had a big impact on the wait time.
They have nothing in stock ever and some of the girls lack customer service skills
Low stock on products, no one greets or helps you when you walk in
