SEPHORA at Kohl's

Sydney was so sweet and helpful! She got my shade match right the first time. The store was busy and she was so sweet and made sure to answer all my questions. She was also taking care of the register. She was very patient!

Makes sense why it is rated 2.7 stars. I went there to check out some men's fragrances for a birthday gift. I was testing some of them when an old lady walked out to me asking if I needed help, rather exasperated. I asked her if she had the 3.4 oz of the Valentino Greenstravaganza EDP and she couldn't even repeat the name of the perfume right and asked if I wanted the extravaganza. Anyway, I skipped past that and she looked a little in the drawer and couldn't find what I was looking for. I asked her if she could refill the Versace Eau Fraiche tester bottle, because I wanted that but wanted to see if there were any recent changes in formulations and she dismissively said that only the manager can refill that, like it was supposed to be my problem. I was restocking my cleaner and I gave her my vip pass and she goes we dont scan here, give me ur email address and phone no. N verify my address, I thought she was looking for me in sephora account but she freaking signed me up for Kohls without even asking. She was african american so careful at check out. Idk if she gets commission for signing ppl up for Kohls in such a sneaky way. !!! Never coming back to to location. Btw when she asked for my email address, I said T for Tom and she goes can you spell it!! I thought she was kidding but shes just dumb n sneaky at the same time.

Terrible service/staff. Staff is rude and will make you wait. No one is ever at the check out desk. Sephora itself is not a full sephora, does not have a lot of products.

The manager and employees are very nice and try to solve my problem.
