SEPHORA at Kohl's

I just spend 470$ in this store and sales associate didn’t gave me any samples. This is so disrespectful.

Went to Sephora at this address today. Cosmetics sampler in terrible condition, dirty, broken, and old life span There is practically nothing in stock that can be purchased + Consultants one girl with black hair is very unfriendly, and very aggressive This girl with black hair wanted to sell me shampoo 4 instead of the olaplex 5 conditioner I needed. I told her it was the wrong one, she gave me a displeased look and didn't even say goodbye. The second one was him or her I didn't understand (it was with a short haircut) also can't help, he couldn't help me and just left to talk on the phone and all the time for 30 minutes he was on the phone. This is a terrible service and do not recommend this store !!! Don't you keep an eye on your employees???? Don't you train them in etiquette and custo

What an absolute DUMP this Sephora is. Filthy. Every inch. Poorly stocked. Couldn't find the prices for anything. No employees to help as two of them were sitting at the cash register both on their phones. Who is the manager of this place? Needs to be terminated immediately. Gross gross gross. I will never be back.

I went on a Saturday which was pretty busy and there was only ONE person working. The shelves were a mess, with broken bottles, empty bottles or misplaced products. The girl working didn’t know anything and I just don’t understand how a big company can run their establishment like this. I think it’s because they only pay $15 / hr and with $15/ you’re not going to get makeup artists, or knowledgeable employees. Raise your pay and you’ll be able to hire better staff.

This is the 2nd year in a row that I cannot pick up my bday gift. Their excuse is that they don’t receive enough inventory during December and January and they suggested I go to another store. The next Sephora is about 20 miles away. Very disappointing
