SEPHORA at Kohl's

The old lady there is sooo rude I asked her if she can find certain product for me she dared to reply back to me “ u have to put ur eyes and find ur self “ how dare she , so why is she working there if I m responsible to find the product by myself? Wats her job ? Every time I go I noticed she is soooo damn rude I love going to Sephora but I ignore to go to this location because of her please remove this lady !!!!

I walked into the store on a Saturday afternoon. Although it was busy I was there for some time expecting a greeting. Undeterred, I grabbed a basket and started shopping on my own. When I couldn’t find a specific item, I headed over to the counter to ask for help. The young girl working there just stared at me blankly at first—her dramatic winged eyeliner only made the awkwardness more intense. She seemed unsure of what to say, but after I explained what I needed, she finally helped me find the item. To top off the strange encounter, she threw in a clearly fake compliment about my lashes, as if trying to smooth things over. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and slightly surreal shopping experience.

My mom and I had an amazing experience at your store. Iris gave such amazing customers service. They really listened to my mom's needs and helped her find a new scent and feel confident. They also found her a new eye shadow palette she loves. Will be visiting this store more often.Thank you so much Iris you are amazing and I hope you have an amazing day 😊💗💕

Was excited to find a sephora close by, til I walked in... No customer recognition whatsoever, I wanted to switch foundations, but didn't know my match. I felt so embarrassed to ask the 3 staff chitchatting, laughing, and having fun while I was the only person in the store. I now see why most people shop from ULTA!!!!
