Carmina made our shopping experience absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, patient, and helpful while assisting my daughter and me with picking out exactly what we needed. Terrible experience, was given a gift card which I went to use at this location, one of the cashier told broke the card and couldn’t see the numbers anymore, the other cashier called us liars and suggested robbery by us or the person that gave us the gift card, after 20 minutes explaining to her that how she can say that the card was $0 balance if she can’t even read the numbers anymore? I was able to fix the car and read the numbers back to her and she just said “it came through” terrible service, experience, not coming anymore. I prefer Ulta beauty, select better people to work. I used to be a client besides the gift card but not anymore.
Bad experience, the attendants didn't ask if I needed help and for the white people who arrived after me they went to them to ask if they needed help.
The Manager sold me almost $60 of shampoo and conditioner. I don’t usually return things but I hated it. I tried to return it two days later to the Sephora in the mall and they saw it on my account and said I couldn’t return it because I bought it at Kohl’s. No problem, went back to kohl’s and the same Manager wouldn’t let me return it because she couldn’t find it on my account. Even though the other Sephora saw it on my account.. so now I’m out almost $60 because of “their software.” She wouldn’t even give me an exchange or store credit, just blamed it on their computers and tough luck for me?? I was excited thinking a storefront would be easier, but it’s the opposite! Don’t waste your time, just go to Sephora in the mall or Ulta down the street where I’ve never had problems.
Carmina really helped me and my grandmother a lot with finding our likes. very recommended to come here very nice and helpful
