I will give this location 2 stars even though they deserve 1, because they always have a lot of product in stock. However, the employees are just not nice. I won't fully blast this woman although I know her name, but I walked in with a smile today to return some items. I gave my items to her and she asked if I bought them at a Sephora Kohls or a regular Sephora, to which I said regular. Her next response "well then I can't help you". I was actually taken aback. This location is seriously lacking in customer service. I actually considered applying for a job at this location but I definitely won't if those would be my coworkers.

You should not go to this SEPHORA! I was there on July 15th 2023,around 5 p.m. There were two women working there, and they were both so preoccupied with talking to each other. I was there, and when I asked them about the merchandise,they just said "I don't know" and abandoned their jobs. The merchandise was dusty and dirty. After purchasing the product, I realized that the box of the product was dirty as if it was leaking oil, so I went to return it and they asked me "Would you like to change the just box?" When I told them I would return it because I didn't want it to be dirty, they laughed at me and said, "That's interesting” I love SEPHORA and go shopping there often, but I have never seen such a rude clerk. I’m starting to think that they train their employees to be passive aggressive and rude. Even simple words are aggressively spoken to customers in an out of tone pitch. I know they want to clock out and they’re miserable but at work, we all learn to fake it till we make it. After walking out and politely saying good night and thank you. In return I get the manager’s back turnt to me. What even makes it worse is that she heard me clearly and slightly gave me a side-eye. They work hard and I applaud them for that but the manager’s attitudes are on a whole different level of unprofessional and rude from their associates. I guess managers love to have authority over customers even though they’re the ones on the receiving end.

Do yourself a favor and go to a real Sephora location. Needed to make a return of a product I purchased at another Sephora in Kohls location. I lost the receipt, but I had my Sephora account pulled up with the order. At a REAL Sephora they’d use my insider account and refund me with store credit (which is how I paid in the first place). But here, they couldn’t do anything to help me. I opted to just have them throw the product away, so that’s $25 I’ll never get back. While the return policy does state that receipt free returns aren’t allowed, there was no reason for me to look up the return policy as both Kohls and Sephora accept returns without receipts

I don’t understand why this place has such bad reviews. I’ve only had awesome experiences. I only remember one name - Melinda but she was so helpful and helped me get a good deal, and the other time I went there, this other older lady knew EXACTLY the products I needed. I told her what I was looking for and she knew literally the perfect products I’ve been searching so long for. It’s like she read my mind. I love this place I am such a hesitant buyer but Melinda just knew exactly how to sell me stuff and I’m satisfied
