The workers are SO nice! They are the sweetest and so helpful. I asked questions and they helped out and answered nicely! The store is great and i can find stuff easily. 10/10!
Had an awesome experience at the grand opening event! Loved the outside maze activation. Great selection of products. I was looking for a new everyday moisturizer and one of the beauty advisors Lindsay was super helpful and knowledgeable of what product would work best for me. Def will be back soon
Bought a bottle of cologne and left it at kohl's check out on the counter went home and realized I left it there came back to store and employee in store told me a women saw it on the counter and was supposed to bring it to customer service she never did it was obvious she stole it one of sephora staff members I forgot her name(please forgive me!) Went out of her way to make sure I got my product and what I payed for I recommend this store for men looking for the most up to date colognes great customer service
Wasn’t too sure on what makeup to get for a special occasion and Lindsay guided me in the right direction with no pressure ! She was bubbly and so personable! Will definitely be going back for her recommendations!
Very professional staff, friendly and helpful. Ivette was very nice, so and her colleagues, patient with customers and knowledgable. Surprisingly busy despite the snowstorm
