By far the best experience I have ever had at a retail store. Pricilla in customer support was hands down on of the most beautiful lady I have ever come across. Yes face body and definitely personality for this job. To me she went above and beyond and because of her I’ll be shopping here more often. Salute to all the staff but Pricilla top shelf employee and face for the company

terrible customer service. i asked about a product retailing for $120 and i was told they had 1 in their inventory and they had used it as a sample, which makes 0 sense for a hair mask. I asked the lady up front yesterday if they could have it shipped to my place since they did not have it in store, or listed on their website. she went on to say that it was “weird that it wasn’t on the website.” she did have the sku for it but refused to have it sent to me, saying I could just “buy it on the website.” literally baffled on why she couldn’t have spared a few seconds of her time to help someone who was willing to pay $100+.

Kailyn was extremely helpful and genuine. She helped my find everything I needed. Then went above and beyond! But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE order heavy on the clear sephora lash glue. It’s the absolute best lash glue ever. Every time I come you’re always out :(

My mom and I came here today and the young blonde woman with hearing aids was so knowledgeable and kind. She really took time to help us find the best products for us and had fantastic recommendations. She even taught me some makeup tips I never knew. The other girl working helped us find the right perfume and was so great. Give these girls a raise.
