Out of all the Sephoras that I've visited and shopped from, this location is definitely top 5 amongst them all. Great customer service, even without an appointment, you get truly one on one assistance finding your shade or even trying out different lip products or getting feedback on which haircare or skincare would be best. Love the staff here although it can get busy at times, especially during the weekends!

Zero stars for the way the assistant manager treated me Assistant Manager name:TENDY cashier name : Melisa I went to the store wanted to return something that wasn’t used the “assistant “ told that it’s past 30 days i explained to her very nicely that I was overseas and it’s only been 7 days late she said it doesn’t netter I can’t take it back I told her that it will make me not shop at Sephora anymore and she said : THAT’S FINE IS THIS THE WAY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER? I was so mad I told her I’ll contact my C/C company and she said that’s ok It was just a purchase for $24 but the attitude This store has 3.9 stars maybe you should check your employees Because i really like to shop at Sephora

Had to come write a positive review after reading all the terrible ones! I walked into the store tonight - 30 minutes before closing and Mackenzie and Anthony were so kind and super helpful. Never made me feel rushed. Mackenzie helped me right till the very end! The cashier was so sweet and upbeat and energetic as well (wish I had gotten their name “it’s my special little day!”). I really hate coming to the mall, feel makeup is overwhelming and often feel stupid about my lack of knowledge but Mackenzie never made me feel that way, she was encouraging, very considerate about looking for vegan products for me and patient. Thank you for making a tedious chore - kinda fun!

I used to love Sephora but the company needs to work on customer service and accountability. I'm pretty happy with customer service reps on the phone but I don't really care for the help I receive in store. Some associates are really nice but you sometimes end up with a cold hearted, unempathetic manager who needs to be retrained in customer service. I've been a loyal Sephora shopper for 20 years. I drove 1 hour to this location in LI when I live in Queens because I wanted parking (Queens center Mall is atrocious). I was trying to return over 5 items in store and I was told because I paid with PayPal, I wouldn't be able to get a refund but rather store credit only. I had a really disappointing experience at this location while returning few items. Everything was fine until I got to the register, and that’s where the customer service completely fell apart. The cashier who claimed to be a manager at the store looked annoyed the entire time and acted like ringing up my items was a burden. When I asked a quick question about a price difference she rolled het eyes, and gave me a curt response without even checking. The whole interaction felt rushed, unfriendly, and downright unprofessional. For a store that sells beauty products, you’d think they’d at least try to offer a pleasant checkout experience. Overall, the rude attitude of the Manager at the register ruined my visit. I left feeling frustrated, and I’ll definitely think twice before coming back.
