I used to go to Fantastic Sam's and no where else to get my hair done but when I called to make a appointment I over heard the ladies in the background laughing that isn't very very professional at all so I will never ever go to another Fantastic Sam's again to get my hair done. I FOUND SERENA ON YELP AND WHAT SHE DID TO MY HAIR IS SO AMAZING. I LOVE IT & MY HUSBAND LOVES IT. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE BUT SERENA TO DO MY HAIR AGAIN. THE CUT, COLOR IS AMAZING. SHE TOOK HER TIME, VERY FRIENDLY, VERY VERY SWEET. THANK YOU SERENA AGAIN FOR THE AMAZING NEW LOOK YOU GAVE ME.
