Customer Reviews
The salon used to be good, now it has changed a lot. Everyone is still friendly, they do it very quickly, they hurry, but as a result, there is no pedicure or manicure. The skin is not treated, it is not cut around the nail. Everything is crooked, sloppy, the nail after the manicure is all in bumps from the varnish, during the pedicure, neither the foot nor the heels were treated with a file. It needs to be redone in another salon
Not only does Janet (who I go to for my gel manicure and pedicure) and her team do the best nails but they are all genuinely amazing people. I have never left Serendipity without a smile on my face… because of the incredible work they do and because of how wonderful they are as people. Go to this nail salon. You won’t regret it! Oh… and let me say they also have the best massage ever. JJ is the best masseuse I’ve experienced and also had a great taste in music! So you’re in for the best of both worlds.
I was looking for a nail salon around my new place. I went there for the first time and got gel nails and a pedicure. The salon was clean, and all the staff were very friendly! I highly recommend it! I’m very satisfied and think I’ll become a regular:)))
Love this place! The staff is friendly and skilled. Always have a great experience when I have my nails and my pedicures done!
I came in yesterday for a basic pedicure. While the facility was clean and the staff were friendly, the service itself felt incomplete. No one asked if I wanted my nails trimmed or filed, and there was no cuticle care or cleaning around the nails. I essentially paid $40 just to soak my feet and have my toes painted, something I could have easily done at home. For the price, I expected a proper pedicure, but they skipped the basics. I won’t be back.
