Worst place to go Went just for 20 min waxing and waited 45min the lady that did the waxing was very angry and gave a lot of attitude. And then I had to wait another 15 min to pay. Very not nice, very bad service, a was there a hour just for a little waxing. I would give them Zero stars if I could.

The staff who did my massage and manicure pedicure were nice but as a black man who just wanted to enjoy his birthday I realized I can’t go to settings that are Jewish ran the racial undertone by the other guest and the receptionist is really interesting. She asked to see my card like as If I couldn’t afford the appointment and the women sitting down said something in their language I guess to Signal her to check my card I bet if I was white I wouldn’t have to deal with that level of profiling.

The environment in this salon is just serene. I've been to other places where they reused the tools from customer to customer However, here they use new sanitized tools for every client. The staff was super nice and super accommodating! Great job Thank you for bringing such a beautiful spa to our community.

The first time I went it was great. Unfortunately I was confused for a staff member. Second time I booked for a gel pedi and mani. Had regular polish instead. And was charged extra 5 for god knows what. I did book again. Because it is a nice place. But didn’t go. I really believe I was overcharged the second time. But if it wasn’t for that. I would have definitely gone back!

Had a lash lift. I have Monolids so my lashes are straight and is pushed down by my eyelids. So I specifically told her to lift them higher so they last longer. Long story short there was only a little bit of lift, not very visible at all with my hooded eyes. For $120 I expected more.
