Lauren is an exceptional person and a fantastic stylist. I really enjoyed how she took the time to get to know ME, who I was and how to incorporate my haircut with my preference and style. She did an exceptional job! Highly recommended!!

I moved here from the North. I always went to a barber,.. I stopped into Serenity Hair Salon of Ballantyne,.. I am a customer for life! Lauren is great, Love the hair cut,.. great prices! I thought salon's were for women, I could not have been more wrong,.. I never new a hair cut could be an enjoyable experience. Great location, nice people, what more can I say.

I have had terrible hair cut experiences in the past, so am always wary of going to a new stylist. After perusing reviews I decided to give Serenity Hair Spa a try. I came in with pictures of haircuts that showed what I was looking for and got exactly what I wanted. My husband cannot stop telling me how much he loves my new cut. Everyone was super friendly. I would recommend.
